We created a campaign to launch the much-anticipated Doctor Who New Year’s Day episode special on BBC One, BBC America and global partner channels and digital platforms. Building on the cliff-hanger S12 ending and an imprisoned Doctor, our campaign response played on fans anticipation of pending jeopardy with the central idea “Whose Time is up” linking all assets together.
1 x 20" teaser kicked off the launch on Doctor Who day followed by 60", 30" and 20" second launch promos five weeks prior to TX. Artwork included a Doctor teaser image, lead and character artwork. A unique Dalek 10” tease trail launched on social feeds on ‘Dalek day’.
